About
01.

Individual therapy is a dynamic and joint process between a therapist and a client. Common goals of therapy can be to resolve the struggles a person may be experiencing, develop adaptive coping skills for managing stress, anxiety, and mood disregulation, Therapy can also help to increase insight, self awareness and self-esteem.

02.

Family therapy is a form of counseling that supports the family system as a whole and can help family members improve their communication and interactions with one another.

Therapy goals often focus on developing problem-solving skills, helping parents develop consistent discipline philosophies, realigning family dynamics in more adaptive ways, and fostering respect among family members.

03.

Play is a great vehicle to help children (and adults!) address and resolve difficulties through play, storytelling, and other creative processes.

From this modality, people learn to  communicate more effectively with others, express their feelings in constructive ways, be flexible with their behavior, develop problem-solving skills, and practice new skills in a safe and protected context.
